This policy explains what happens to data when you use PF2e Toolkit at pf2calc.com. It covers the site itself, the advertising shown on it, and the analytics used to measure traffic.

PF2e Toolkit is operated by Manik Biradar, an individual, who is the data controller for the purposes of this policy. Questions about anything below can go to manikbiradar365@gmail.com.

What I Collect Myself

Nothing. There are no accounts, no sign-ups, no newsletter, and no forms on this site. I do not ask for or store your name, email address, or any other personal information.

Everything you enter into the tools — encounters, initiative order, HP totals, XP logs — is written to your browser's localStorage and stays on your device. It is never transmitted to a server I control, because there is no such server; the site is static files. Clearing your browser data deletes it permanently, and I have no copy.

Cookies and Third-Party Advertising

This site is supported by advertising, and the ad and analytics providers below set their own cookies in your browser. Specifically:

• Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites.
• Google's use of advertising cookies enables Google and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the internet.
• Google and other third-party vendors use first-party cookies (such as the Google Analytics cookie) and third-party cookies (such as the DoubleClick advertising cookie) together to inform, optimise, and serve ads based on your past visits to this site.
• Ads on this site are served through Google AdSense. Google and the advertising partners it works with may each set cookies or use similar technologies to select, cap, and measure the ads you see.
• Ad management on this site is handled by Mediavine, which works with its own network of advertising partners. Mediavine and its partners may set cookies or use similar technologies to select, cap, and measure the ads you see, and to detect fraud.

These vendors may process data such as your IP address, approximate location, device and browser information, and which pages you viewed on this site, in order to select and measure ads.

How to opt out. You may opt out of personalised advertising by Google by visiting Google My Ad Center or Google Ads Settings. You may opt out of personalised advertising from many other vendors at aboutads.info/choices, the NAI opt-out page, or youronlinechoices.com if you are in the EU. Opting out stops ads being personalised; it does not remove ads, and every tool on this site keeps working either way.

Consent

Where the law requires it — for visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland — a consent message is presented before personalised advertising cookies are set, and your choice is recorded. This message is provided by Google as part of AdSense and by Mediavine's consent management platform.

You can change or withdraw that choice at any time using the opt-out links above, or by clearing this site's cookies in your browser, which will cause the consent message to be shown again on your next visit.

Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics to understand which tools people use and how they arrive. It reports aggregate figures — page views, referrers, rough location, device type. I use it to decide what to build next, not to identify individual visitors, and I do not upload any personal identifiers to it. Google's handling of that data is covered by Google's privacy policy.

Your Rights

If you are in the EEA or UK (GDPR): you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability. Because I hold no personal data about you myself, requests of this kind generally need to go to the advertising and analytics vendors named above, and I will help you direct them. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

If you are a California resident (CCPA/CPRA): you have the right to know what personal information is collected about you, to request its deletion, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. Use the opt-out links in the advertising section above to exercise that choice, or email me and I will point you to the right vendor process. I do not sell personal information myself.

Everyone: you can block or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time. Doing so will not break any tool on this site, since the tools do not depend on advertising cookies.

Other Third-Party Services

Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers and Google receives your IP address as part of that request.

The site links out to external resources such as Archives of Nethys and Paizo.com. Once you follow a link, that site's own privacy policy applies. Children's Privacy

This site is intended for tabletop RPG players and Game Masters and is not directed at children under 13. I do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through this site, email me and I will act on it.

Data Security and Retention

The site is served over HTTPS. Since your tool data lives only in your browser, you control its retention entirely — it stays until you clear your browser storage. Data held by the advertising and analytics vendors is retained according to their own published policies.

Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated as the site's advertising or analytics setup changes. Any revision will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
